Our formal commitment to protecting personal, academic, and financial information across all digital campus portals.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary for academic administration, including student profiles (names, dates of birth, admission numbers), guardian contact details, attendance registers, examination grades, and fee transactions.
2. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
To prevent unauthorized data exposure, our system implements strict Role-Based Access Control. Parents may only view their own ward’s records, teachers only access assigned classrooms, and students are restricted to their personal academic schedule and grades.
3. Protection of Minor Data
We treat student records with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with applicable child digital protection standards. We never monetize, rent, or sell student data to commercial advertising networks or unapproved third parties.
4. AI Privacy & Data Isolation
When using AI assistance for lesson planning, question generation, or tutoring, student data is stripped of personally identifiable markers. AI models do not make automated life-impacting decisions regarding admissions or student discipline.
5. Encryption & Security Standards
All data transmission between browsers and our servers is secured via 256-bit SSL/HTTPS encryption. User passwords are encrypted using secure cryptographic hashing (Bcrypt/Argon2), and API credentials are kept in secure environment configurations.
6. Privacy Inquiries & Data Rights
